About Building Project

God is growing MATA by providing the opportunity to expand into needed student classrooms and administrative space, especially for accommodating international students, by 2026. This recently acquired MATA Annex Building is about 8,100 square feet and is located just 850 feet South of our existing academy. Before MATA can occupy and utilize this facility, many renovations* are required and must be completed. The estimated cost for renovations is only $67,50 per square foot. We invite you to contribute funds for as many square feet as you can!  *Connecting to sewer,  installing a new water line, new windows & doors,  a security system, HVAC, lighting, exterior siding, flooring, paving the parking lot, and a significant amount of clean-up  & painting.
